In dependance of the Partners, your responsabilities will inlude:
* Filtering of telephone calls.
* Travel arrangements.
* Management of the team's agenda.
* Coortination of internal and external meetings.
* Preparation of documents with Word, Excel and presentations with Power Point.
* Draft of reports.
* Other general administrative tasks to support the office. |
- Administrative, Secretarial Education or similar.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must, written and spoken.
Catalan understanding is necessary.
- High knowledge of MS tools.
We are looking for a multitasking, organised person,
high-client oriented, with capacity to set up priorities and a collaborative attitude. |
